During our five-day stay, Frank and his diligent staff made us feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed. Our ground floor room was impeccably clean and well-equipped. We were particularly impressed by the unique approach to the beer fridge, where we were encouraged to help ourselves and simply settle up in the morning. The lovely breakfast room boasted picturesque views, and the extensive buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The owners, Frank and Anke, were friendly and provided us with great excursion tips. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this wonderful hotel to others.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. Two key location benefits were its walking distance to the city center and its easy access to public transportation. The staff was also very accommodating with any requests we had. The highlight, for me, was the amazing breakfast buffet.

This hotel is excellent for combining a visit to the castle as it is located close to the centre of Bad Bentheim. The rooms have a wonderful view of the castle, and some even have a balcony where you can enjoy the view. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are provided. We had a fantastic romantic escape recently and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. the room was lovely and spacious with a beautiful balcony filled with pretty flowers. the breakfast selection was impressive, offering a variety of delicious cheeses and cold cuts, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and with a lovely garden for relaxing in the sunshine.

We were not aware of the check-in time and arrived late in the evening, but this was our fault for not checking beforehand. It would have been helpful if this information was more clearly stated on the hotel website.
